What coach company do you use?

We have a partnership with CJJ Coaches Ltd (based in Ascot). CJJ operate luxury coaches that have earned the highest compliance rating from VOSA because they continually invest in their fleet of vehicles.

Can I book a seat on the coach?

We can’t guarantee you a particular seat, but we do take requests and can usually meet your requirements. You’ll always be sat with the people you booked with.

Can you accommodate wheelchairs and mobility scooters?

We’re happy to accommodate wheelchair and mobility scooter users, as long as their devices can be stored in the vehicle’s luggage compartment and they are able to climb the steps into the vehicle.

Is there a toilet on the coach?

All of the 53-seat coaches which we use for most of our trips have a toilet on board. We also occasionally use 18-seat and luxury 27-seat vehicles when we’re taking smaller groups. Whilst these vehicles do not have a toilet on board, we do make regular comfort stops and you can request that we stop at the nearest service station.

What's your cancellation policy?

There is a 50% cancellation charge if you cancel your booking outside 4 weeks prior to travel. If your excursion includes a theatre ticket or your cancellation is within 4 weeks of the date of travel, there is a 100% cancellation charge. You can transfer your booking to another traveller for an admin fee of £5.00 per person unless your trip includes a travel document issued in your name. 

Do you offer services for group organisers?policy?

Of course! We can arrange a trip around an activity of your choice for local people, groups, clubs and schools, taking the stress away from you. If you’d like us to do this for you, please use our Contact Us form or give us a call on 01276 600 100 and we’ll be happy to look into it for you. Don’t worry — you won’t be obligated to book through us if you call.
